When you place an order or submit a form, we store your name, contact details, and delivery address so we can pack, ship, and reply. Waitlist emails are used only to announce the Amazon edition.
Payment is made by bank transfer. We do not collect card numbers on this site. Proof of payment that you send by WhatsApp or email is used to match your order.
Order and enquiry records are stored in Firebase. Transactional emails are sent through Brevo via the Firestore mail extension. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at info@zerahltd.com.
